• All items are made to order. Please allow 5 to 10 Business Days* for production before shipping.
• Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 Business Days* after dispatch.
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10 to 20 Business Days*, depending on the destination.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
